What you will do

• Own the Autonomous Agents roadmap end-to-end, covering problem discovery, prioritization, and delivery coordination.
• Define product requirements for agent reasoning, planning, and execution across multiple channels.
• Partner with Applied Research and Data Science to define evaluation criteria and quality gates for AI capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, QA, and Delivery teams regarding scope and launch readiness.
• Establish instrumentation and telemetry requirements to measure the usage, reliability, and outcomes of shipped capabilities.
• Manage planning and execution cadences, including quarterly inputs and weekly execution reviews.

Requirements

• Engineering degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Deep understanding of LLM-based reasoning, tool calling, and agent orchestration patterns.
• Experience with AI evaluation methodologies, including task completion, goal accuracy, and drift analysis.
• Technical fluency in APIs, distributed systems, and AI/ML deployment workflows.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and executive communication skills.
• Must be based in Canada

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Model Context Protocol.
• Experience supporting regulated environments like financial services, healthcare, or payments.
• Background in progressive delivery (feature flags, canary rollouts) and incident management.
• Experience working with large SI/partner ecosystems.
