What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to define key metrics and establish a single trusted source for reporting.
• Design and implement self-serve dashboards for executives, enabling drill-down from summaries to underlying details.
• Identify and automate manual, spreadsheet-based workflows using lightweight scripting, no-code tools, or AI-assisted coding.
• Write detailed, engineering-ready specifications for complex internal tool requests handed off to technical partners.
• Manage the tool-request pipeline, triaging and prioritizing requests based on impact versus effort.
• Maintain a visible roadmap to ensure stakeholders are aligned on upcoming tooling improvements.

Requirements

• Early-career experience in product management, business operations, analytics, or technical program management.
• Proficiency with SQL, spreadsheets, and no-code platforms.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to ship lightweight internal solutions directly.
• Ability to design tools and workflows from the end-user's perspective.
• Proven track record of shipping actual tools, process fixes, or internal scripts.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
