Salary: $85,000 – $130,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer insights into acquisition strategies.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments to inform product and business directions.
• Define and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in management consulting (top-tier firms like McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) or relevant business analysis/operations.
• High level of proficiency with SQL and performing complex data analysis.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with audiences from front-line employees to the C-suite.
• Must be a full-time salaried employee residing in the specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
