What you will do
- Lead functional solution design for Forecast to Plan, Idea to Design, and Manufacture to Deliver processes.
- Translate business requirements into process flows, functional specifications, and configuration decisions.
- Collaborate with technical teams, implementation partners, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage data conversion activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Oracle AI, embedded analytics, and automation.
- Mentor internal IT Business Analysts and guide the team through Oracle Fusion best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Oracle Applications experience with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Minimum of 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or major ERP transformations.
- Strong functional expertise in Manufacturing, Planning, Inventory, SCM, and Costing.
- Proven experience with data migration tools like FBDI, ADFDI, and REST APIs.
- Must be based in Germany and able to work in a hybrid arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle WMS Cloud, Intellinum, or Pando WMS.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder, and BI Publisher.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in SCM, Manufacturing, or related areas.
