What you will do

• Guide patients through the enrollment process for healthcare programs and ensure accurate documentation.
• Evaluate patient eligibility for programs based on medical conditions and qualifying factors.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to explain program benefits and requirements.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to facilitate enrollment.
• Provide ongoing education and support to patients regarding their healthcare programs.

Requirements

• Must be a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NHA, AAMA, NCCT, NAHP, etc.).
• Must be bilingual in Russian with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and computer systems.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
