What you will do

• Drive outbound growth targeting prop shops, HFT firms, market makers, and quant funds across APAC.
• Structure and manage counterparty relationships, negotiating terms and rebates.
• Collaborate with product and DeFi teams to prioritize features required by professional traders, such as order types and margin treatment.
• Secure institutional allocators and LPs to deepen liquidity in Solana markets.
• Track and optimize KPIs including volume, open interest, and program ROI.

Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker (required for credibility with Greater China desks).
• Must be based in the APAC region.
• Existing network of trading relationships with major traders, allocators, and LPs in APAC.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure, perps funding, margin, and spot liquidity.
• Proficiency in DeFi primitives and the RWA (Real World Asset) landscape.
• Proven track record of directly moving trading volume or flow at an exchange or fund.
