What you will do

• Lead and support ERP implementations for manufacturing clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for manufacturing, supply chain, and production planning processes.
• Analyze workflows and recommend practical ERP-enabled solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Lead discovery workshops, fit-gap sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to internal methodology and solution accelerators.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and operational processes.
• 3+ years of experience with ERP manufacturing software (D365 Business Central strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in production planning, BOMs, routings, and costing.
• Ability to lead client-facing workshops and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
