What you will do

• Design, build, and version Amazon Connect contact flows and resources.
• Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions using Node.js or Python.
• Implement robust API endpoints and DynamoDB access patterns for IVR workflows.
• Validate IVR behavior during failure scenarios, including API errors and dependency degradation.
• Ensure secure development practices by utilizing managed secrets and externalized configurations.
• Deploy application artifacts using standardized CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS serverless development.
• Proficiency in Node.js or Python for Lambda function development.
• Experience building telephony/IVR experiences with a focus on failure-safe behavior.
• Proven ability to deliver via CI/CD pipelines and standardized deployment patterns.
• Must be able to work onsite in New York 3 days per week.
