Salary: $176,500 – $228,000

What you will do

• Design and own data contracts and processing semantics for identity, eligibility, and audience attributes.
• Build end-to-end observability and reconciliation for data freshness, filtering, deduplication, and safe replay.
• Lead technical discovery and delivery across Member Marketing and Coverage Eligibility, collaborating with Product, data, and partners.
• Translate evolving requirements into reusable platform capabilities, separating business policy from technical implementation.
• Modernize legacy file-based processes toward event-driven integrations with strong observability and security.
• Own systems end-to-end, driving reliability, partner experience, and maintainability improvements.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States excluding AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, RI, SD, VT, WI.
• English: C1 level or higher required.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with senior-level technical leadership.
• Strong backend engineering skills with experience in APIs, event-driven architectures, and data integrations.
• Experience in healthcare data domains such as eligibility, claims, EHR, or member marketing in regulated environments.
• Proactive ownership mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive technical roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer-data, marketing-automation, or audience-activation platforms like Braze, Segment, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks, lineage tracking, and automated anomaly detection.
• Experience modernizing legacy data flows from file-based to API/event-driven architectures.
• Use of AI/LLM-based tooling for test generation, documentation, or observability.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and drive cross-team change.
