Quality Technician (Manufacturing)

Salary: $30.50 per hour

What you will do

• Ensure production processes and inspection activities align with QMS requirements.
• Assist with complaint analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support production through changeovers, start-ups, and process audits.
• Train associates on inspection equipment, data entry, and testing procedures.
• Coordinate corrective actions and interact with customers and suppliers as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with wire and cable testing, including electrical and mechanical testing.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Associate degree minimum (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting with a strong floor presence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive projects.
