Technical Success Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Munich, Germany (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams to understand their priorities and success outcomes.
• Create practical technical success plans to drive platform adoption and measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases to integrate the platform into daily security operations.
• Monitor product usage and health indicators to identify adoption gaps and retention risks early.
• Lead mitigation planning for technical blockers, integration challenges, and operational gaps.
• Provide technical health insights for QBRs, renewal readiness, and account growth strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• 3+ years' experience in technical customer-facing roles such as CSM, TSM, TAM, or Technical Consultant.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and technical value realization.
• Experience engaging with SOC analysts, security engineers, and technical executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with security operations, SOC workflows, threat detection, or incident response.
• Familiarity with customer success platforms, health scoring, and adoption analytics.
