What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for Keystone service inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Advocate for customer needs within the company to ensure their goals are supported.
• Conduct regular reviews regarding capacity consumption, forecasting, planning, and billing.
• Facilitate subscription modifications, renewals, deployment, and decommissioning.
• Collect and document customer feedback to provide insights for product and engineering teams.
• Manage and resolve subscription-related escalations in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in customer support or account management within a high-tech service business.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Familiarity with the storage market and storage solutions.
• Experience managing technical issue escalations to resolution.
• Experience with high-tech customer subscription billing and invoicing.
• Bachelor's degree is desired.
