What you will do

• Provide technical advice and business consultation on hirify.global products to enhance customer experience and achieve business goals.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with technical stakeholders, including VP Infrastructure and Infrastructure Architects.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding and adoption by co-creating technical success plans and delivering guided demos.
• Conduct periodic health checks and proactively manage technical escalations (P1-P4) to ensure system stability.
• Analyze data insights to monitor adoption and guide customers toward higher value realization from hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and renewal teams to design health plans that ensure portfolio expansion and successful retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Customer Success, Sales Engineering, TAM).
• Familiarity with hirify.global products and enterprise IT environments; knowledge of storage domains is a plus.
• Proven ability to establish strategic relationships with high-level technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence to handle complex technical challenges.
• Expertise in data analysis and proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce is a plus.
