Salary: €32,000 - €44,500 per year depending on experience

What you will do
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients and consumers in French across multiple communication channels.
- Provide accurate account information and document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and internal platforms to maintain high service quality.
- Ensure full compliance with data protection requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Fluent professional French and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk.
- Permanently based in Berlin (The company does not support relocation).
- Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style.
Nice to have
- Background in collections, debt recovery, or financial services.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, or German.
