Salary: €32,000 - €44,500 per year depending on experience

What you will do

  • Handle incoming inquiries from clients and consumers in French across multiple communication channels.
  • Provide accurate account information and document all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and internal platforms to maintain high service quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with data protection requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • Fluent professional French and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk.
  • Permanently based in Berlin (The company does not support relocation).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style.

Nice to have

  • Background in collections, debt recovery, or financial services.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, or German.
