What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle including scoping, budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and providing strategic advice.
• Coordinate between internal teams and partner agencies to align strategy and creative deliverables.
• Ensure final deliverables meet client goals and maintain high agency standards.
• Support the Director of Brand Experience with proposals and identifying new account opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project and account management experience in a creative agency.
• Proven track record in experiential marketing, live communication, or related fields.
• Experience managing complex, high-budget projects for major global brands.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• English: Fluency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid).
