What you will do

• Design e-learning curricula using AGILE methodologies in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Develop scalable training assets, including live in-person, live virtual, and asynchronous content.
• Structure information flow based on learning science and instructional design principles.
• Produce high-quality image and video assets aligned with brand standards.
• Continuously evaluate learning solutions for quality, scalability, and business impact.
• Leverage and innovate learning technology to provide just-in-time educational opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing online instructional activities and learning experiences for adult learners.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, digital art, or instructional design assets.
• Knowledge of inclusive and accessible design, including WCAG standards.
• Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom
