Education Content and LMS Operations Specialist (AI/Blockchain)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid. The role is a fixed-term maternity cover contract of approximately 12 months, with an option to work from almost anywhere for up to 90 days per year.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end education content and Learning Management System operations during the contract.
• Design storyboards, learning modules, and scenario-based exercises for banking, financial institution, government, and crypto-native audiences.
• Build e-learning content using Articulate Rise 360, Canva, ElevenLabs, and similar tools.
• Refresh hirify.global Learn products and develop product-based learning to support and certify users of blockchain analytics tools.
• Manage learner enrolment, onboarding, administration, troubleshooting, and direct learner and customer support.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and content marketing teams while testing new technologies and using AI to improve content workflows.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end learning or instructional design experience, from storyboarding through build and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, particularly Rise 360.
• Experience managing an LMS, including enrolment, administration, troubleshooting, and learner experience.
• Experience creating B2B and B2C learning across multiple delivery channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working directly with customers and learners.
• Comfort using design and AI tools and working autonomously in a small, collaborative team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of crypto, crypto compliance, or blockchain analytics.
• Experience working with global audiences and both private-sector and government clients.
• Experience with LearnWorlds LMS, Articulate 360, Canva, or content research and curation.
