• Collaborate with GenAI partners to envision and implement agent-based solutions.
• Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate Agentic AI adoption among key partners.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for partner business models.
• Build and manage programs for partner enablement, certification, and funding.
• Analyze market trends and partner feedback to inform AWS product development.
• Lead the creation of partner-ready sales plays, decks, and solution briefs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, GTM, sales, or consulting.
• 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of experience with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database).
• Proven ability to influence leadership decisions at an organizational level.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
