What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end validation testing.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Identify and track defects through resolution while collaborating with developers and architects.
• Establish testing standards and best practices across the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance or Software Testing experience.
• 3+ years of specialized ServiceNow testing experience.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Minneapolis, MN

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certification.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, Employee Center, Service Catalog, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
