What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 integration and test engineers, providing technical direction and accountability for milestones.
• Develop and maintain test strategies and architect solutions to validate system requirements for embedded products.
• Design comprehensive test plans and develop automated test scripts using Python 3.9+.
• Coordinate integration activities and procedures between hardware, firmware, and software teams.
• Lead Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and internal testing assessments with program stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including plans, procedures, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field.
• 8+ years of job-related experience (or 6 years with a Master's degree).
• Expert knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming.
• Strong experience with hardware/software integration and test equipment (signal analyzer, signal generator, USRP).
• Proven experience leading small technical teams (3-5 members).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with embedded systems development and testing.
• Experience with requirements management and traceability.
• Previous background in defense or aerospace industries.
