What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end test data and validation flows.
• Design and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to validate functional requirements.
• Conduct functional testing for IRM and GRC modules, including risk assessments and regulatory frameworks.
• Perform cross-browser testing and validate REST/SOAP integrations.
• Analyze test results and report defects within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must be a direct W-2 employee of the vendor
• 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ years specifically in ServiceNow ATF testing.
• Strong automation experience with Selenium.
• Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, controls, and compliance flows.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow tables, ACLs, flows, and APIs.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Scripting proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with domain-separated instances.
