Professional Services Consultant - Data Security (Cybersecurity)

Base pay range for all other cities and states: $83,600–$131,340 USD annually

What you will do

• Scope consulting engagements by assessing client operations, business processes, and functional requirements.
• Design strategic data security programs for identifying, protecting, monitoring, and managing sensitive data and users.
• Oversee implementations and consultative engagements for hirify.global Data Security products, including DLP, insider threat, CASB, DSPM, and adaptive access solutions.
• Develop new services, implement best practices, and support customer escalations.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to resolve concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Present risks, challenges, recommendations, product deliverables, workshops, and status updates to technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing role and 4+ years in IT consulting or a related field.
• Knowledge of insider threat management, endpoint security, cloud security, data security posture management, and/or identity threat detection.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to develop technical and business requirements with managers and executives.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent client service in person and virtually.

Nice to have

• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, GPO management, and PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of identity-centric indicators of compromise and deception-based detection.
• Experience with Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL, and basic Linux infrastructure.
• Exposure to Microsoft or Symantec DLP solutions.
• Technical Spanish-speaking skills.
