What you will do

• Oversee implementations of Data Security products including Endpoint DLP, ITM, Email DLP, CASB, and DSPM.
• Scope engagements by assessing client operations, gathering business requirements, and recommending optimizations.
• Provide strategic program design solutions to identify, protect, and manage sensitive data and users.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, and Engineering teams to manage and resolve customer escalations.
• Partner with sales organizations to align technical deliverables with customer business priorities.
• Present risks, challenges, and proposed solutions to management and executive levels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing role.
• 4+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields.
• Familiarity with Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, and Data Security Posture Management.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and deliver exceptional client service.
• Must be based in Arizona

Nice to have

• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), GPO management, and PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL, and basic Linux infrastructure.
• Exposure to Microsoft or Symantec DLP solutions.
• Technical Spanish language skills.
