Endpoint Services Engineer (Endpoint Security)

Salary: $46.90–$75.04 per hour; 40 scheduled hours per week

What you will do

• Manage the enterprise endpoint security program and provide technical leadership and mentorship to administrators.
• Secure and maintain physical and virtual endpoint and mobile device fleets through endpoint protection, EDR, and UEM technologies.
• Design endpoint management solutions, configurations, architecture, network integrations, and supporting backend infrastructure.
• Lead endpoint lifecycle, system refresh, deployment, and technical solution projects.
• Automate organization-wide application packaging, deployment, inventory, configuration, and routine management tasks.
• Support Windows and macOS environments and integrate endpoint systems with identity management and other core IT platforms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Required certifications: MD-102, MS-101, SC-200, and CompTIA Network+.
• Expertise in endpoint configuration, security hardening, vulnerability management, Active Directory, hybrid identity, Group Policy, and role-based access controls.
• Experience managing macOS, Windows, and Apple devices through MDM/MAM in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Advanced PowerShell skills with additional Python and Bash proficiency for cross-platform automation.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience with Apple device deployment and ongoing support through MDM and MAM solutions.
