What you will do

• Execute email campaigns, nurture programs, and retargeting initiatives via marketing automation platforms.
• Maintain CRM workflows, including lead scoring, routing, and sales notifications.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across SEO, content, PPC, and social media.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on lead generation and pipeline contribution.
• Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and marketing assets.
• Administer marketing technology stacks, analytics tools, and AI productivity software.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or operations.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, SEO, and digital campaign execution.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to work during Central and Eastern U.S. business hours.
• Must be based in Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing managed IT services or cybersecurity solutions.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
• Relevant certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Salesforce.
