What you will do

• Own the creation and deployment of Braze segments and campaigns to ensure accurate targeting and KPI tracking.
• Support data functionality by maintaining attributes, events, and clean data sets within Braze.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as click-through and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Product and Lifecycle teams to execute strategic initiatives like push notifications and newsletters.
• Implement new Braze features and improvements in coordination with Braze representatives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for marketing operations processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing or CRM operations across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels.
• Proven experience using AI tools to accelerate execution, including drafting Liquid Logic and building reporting frameworks.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of multi-channel best practices, deliverability, and data protection laws.
• Ability to report cleanly and accurately on marketing campaign performance.

Nice to have

• Braze certification.
• Experience with Amplitude or Tableau.
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development.
