What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement software tools, flows, and methodologies for engineering processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture technical requirements and define solution specifications.
• Develop and validate software solutions including debuggers, analyzers, SDKs, and IDEs.
• Automate build and deployment processes to improve efficiency across development workflows.
• Perform comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain and enhance software tools to ensure optimal functionality and performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Proficiency in modern software development methodologies and programming languages.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Must be able to work on-site at the hirify.global Santa Clara facility at least 4 days per week.
