What you will do

• Serve as an active member of the site Leadership Team to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Develop and implement the Operating Unit Business Technology Roadmap.
• Facilitate project requests, selection, and prioritization while managing IT budgets.
• Lead and manage the local IT team to ensure service levels and business needs are met.
• Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they remain on time and within budget.
• Validate IT services and provide feedback to improve capabilities and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a $500M+ or global business.
• Strong experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, systems analysis, and budget administration.
• Knowledge of PMP standards and methodologies.
• Ability to work within a 24/7 environment across multiple time zones.
