Salary: $135,000–$155,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide division-wide technical leadership and oversight for designated IT projects and the Configuration Management Branch.
• Serve as the primary contractor liaison between Government subject matter experts and technical teams.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and technical performance throughout the Systems Engineering Life Cycle.
• Facilitate project governance boards including DRB, LCCB, and ICCB to ensure process compliance.
• Oversee change-management workflows and maintain accurate documentation in Jira.
• Mentor technical personnel and provide guidance on governance, documentation, and technical processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical or business field.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• At least 8 years of experience in IT project management or systems engineering.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Elizabeth City, NC during Eastern Time core hours.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting USCG, DHS, or DoD federal mission organizations.
• Knowledge of NIST, RMF, ATO, STIG, and Section 508 requirements.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise ticketing systems.
• Professional certifications in Agile, ITIL, or Cloud technologies.
