What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for new customer agreements, renewals, and SaaS licensing.
• Represent the company in Board meetings and advise executive leadership on corporate governance and fiduciary duties.
• Lead and scale the legal, compliance, and risk management functions.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and oversee legal budgets across litigation and IP.
• Partner with HR to manage labor and employment risks, policies, and investigations.

Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing.
• 12+ years of legal experience, preferably with prior CLO or General Counsel experience.
• Proven track record of negotiating commercial/SaaS contracts at scale.
• Direct experience advising a Board of Directors and working with PE-backed companies.
• Must be based in the United States.
