TL;DR
Service Coordinator III (HVAC): Coordinating service resources, technicians, subcontractors, materials, and equipment for HVAC projects with an accent on customer satisfaction, operational planning, and service dispatch. Focus on scheduling personnel by skills and availability, resolving customer concerns, coordinating with project and parts teams, and maintaining accurate work orders and reports.

Location: On-site five days per week in Auderghem, Belgium

What you will do

  • Coordinate service resources, dispatch team members, and assign HVAC technicians and subcontractors to projects.
  • Schedule personnel, materials, equipment, and subcontractors according to project requirements, skills, and availability.
  • Work with Project Managers, the HVAC Service Technician Supervisor, Parts, and Acquisition teams.
  • Investigate customer concerns, route them to the appropriate staff, and respond to special requests.
  • Generate work orders, review and forward project paperwork, and prepare operational reports.

Requirements

  • High school education.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communicative English, Dutch, and French required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems.
