What you will do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the procurement team, including vendor and customer correspondence.
• Review and process purchase orders while maintaining organized and accurate records.
• Monitor order statuses and delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm shipping details and resolve delivery or invoice issues.
• Collaborate with the contract and pricing team to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to internal procurement procedures and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or procurement support role.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
