What you will do

• Process internal purchase requisitions through project management and procurement systems.
• Create and manage purchase orders for technology equipment, production supplies, and operational materials.
• Monitor open purchase orders and communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate with receiving and inventory teams to ensure accurate material receipt and resolve discrepancies.
• Work with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoices and resolve pricing or billing issues.
• Maintain vendor documentation and assist with sourcing and obtaining quotes.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC.
• High school diploma or Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Operations.
• 0–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, customer service, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Familiarity with ERP, purchasing, or project management software.
