Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Lead

Location: Cyprus preferred; candidates in Greece, Lebanon, the UK, or Portugal are also considered

Salary: €55,000–€60,000 per annum

International IT services firm expanding its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting practice across Europe.

What you will do

• Lead multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects from scope through delivery.
• Own project budgets, timelines, risks, quality, and stakeholder management.
• Lead requirements, fit-gap, and solution-design workshops with finance and operations stakeholders.
• Own functional design, configuration, testing, full-cycle implementations, and NAV migrations.
• Allocate work, review deliverables, and coach consultants and developers.
• Support hiring and onboarding as the Business Central practice grows.

Requirements

• 10 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV experience.
• At least 12 full-cycle implementations delivered in a leading role.
• Strong Business Central Finance knowledge, including GL, AR/AP, fixed assets, multi-currency, and consolidation.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising a delivery team.
• ERP project management experience covering planning, budgets, risks, and stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English for client communication and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Jobs, Warehousing, multi-entity environments, and group consolidation.
• MB-800 certification.
• Power BI, Power Automate, and AL development experience.
• Greek language skills.
