What you will do

• Lead AI-enabled work redesign initiatives to identify opportunities for automation and human-AI teaming.
• Analyze roles at the task level to define future-state job families and workflow roadmaps.
• Develop and scale enterprise-wide methodologies, playbooks, and diagnostic tools for workforce planning.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate digital roadmaps into actionable organizational design outputs.
• Lead organization design analyses, including spans, layers, and decision rights to ensure scalability.
• Bridge the gap between strategic design and delivery by partnering with transformation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 8+ years).
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Proven expertise in strategic workforce planning and organizational design.
• Experience in management consulting, organizational consulting, or strategic HRBP roles.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI or emerging technologies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
