What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT equipment using JIRA, including sourcing, purchasing, receiving, and retirement.
• Handle daily purchasing tasks, including vendor follow-ups and ensuring timely delivery of quality goods.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory data.
• Assign equipment to employees and manage the redeployment process.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding credits for damaged or missing items.
• Report on supply issues and progress to the Engineering Procurement Lead.

Requirements

• English proficiency required.
• Previous experience in IT equipment procurement is preferred.
• Understanding of modern purchasing processes and systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility and integrity.
