What you will do

• Manage and optimize daily inbound and outbound flows for balanced warehouse operations.
• Develop end-to-end flow strategies, including dock scheduling and resource allocation.
• Analyze performance data to track KPIs like throughput and dwell time to identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with inventory, transport, and customer service teams to ensure operational alignment.
• Plan for high-impact business moments such as product launches and seasonal peaks.
• Lead teams through staffing, training, and shift planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or flow management (ideally e-commerce).
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into practical operational improvements.
• Proficiency in WMS systems and logistics software.
• Fluent Polish and B2-level English.
• Knowledge of EU transport regulations and experience with bulky furniture products.
