What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of tax SMEs and analysts focused on tax planning and fixed assets software.
• Set team goals, monitor performance, and ensure balanced workloads to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Software Engineering, UX, and QA to drive innovation and reduce delivery risk.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of tax product content and program specifications.
• Oversee product testing, error reporting, and release procedures to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Provide technical assistance to operations and customers while implementing product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in tax software product development.
• Experience with CCH Tax software development.
• Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax laws.
• Proven ability to manage people, processes, or products.
• Must be able to work onsite in Wichita, KS.
