Salary: $81,370 - $122,060

What you will do

• Partner with software engineers and stakeholders to define detailed feature requirements and functionality.
• Participate in end-to-end feature development, including requirements design and user acceptance testing.
• Create and maintain user-facing documentation, including FAQs and onboarding guides.
• Gather and synthesize dealer feedback to identify product improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders regarding product integration and usage.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into detailed, well-structured requirements.
