What you will do

• Manage, schedule, and monitor back-end transactional processing using the AutoSys workload automation tool.
• Perform root-cause analysis and mitigate production-critical program failures to ensure regulatory and client SLA compliance.
• Respond to service tickets from business users, developers, and clients to resolve transaction processing issues.
• Lead strategic initiatives for process automation to alleviate recurring back-end application issues.
• Coordinate closely with offshore resources and counterparts in Bangalore to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Mentor junior team members and provide recommendations on technical decisions and team priorities.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience providing production support for back-end transactional processing systems.
• 6+ years of experience configuring and monitoring program execution in workload automation tools.
• 6+ years of experience in technical support for enterprise software in customer-facing roles.
• 4-6 years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency with UNIX operating systems, shell scripting (C/Korn, Perl), SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship (including CPT/OPT) is not available.
