What you will do

• Provide technical support for the Summit platform.
• Monitor and ensure proper execution of automated processes using Control-M.
• Perform log and end-to-end flow analysis to diagnose and resolve technical incidents.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams for proactive problem-solving.
• Maintain stability and efficiency across interconnected financial systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Consultant.
• Proficiency in SQL, Linux, and MS Office.
• Experience with Control-M or similar job scheduling tools.
• English: B2 level required.
• Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese/EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
