What you will do

• Design and build enterprise-scale intelligent automation systems using agentic AI.
• Develop and deploy LLM APIs, RAG, and multi-agent architectures.
• Implement AI threat modeling, prompt injection defense, and zero-trust security principles.
• Create resilient AI pipelines with strong observability and tracing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with security, legal, compliance, and product teams.
• Translate technical AI capabilities into roadmaps and executive-level communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML systems, software engineering, or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of building production-grade agentic AI systems at scale.
• Strong software engineering foundation in Python and a compiled language.
• Experience with microservices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is required.
• Must be able to work from the Chicago or Overland Park office 4 days a week.
