Product Lead (CPaaS)

A telecommunications product company developing a mature business communication platform with SMS, instant messaging, and other communication channels.

What you will do

• Form the product strategy and long-term vision for the communication platform.
• Explore the market and identify new growth opportunities and product lines.
• Turn ideas and hypotheses into a clear product roadmap.
• Work across business, technology, and customer needs while partnering with engineering on technical solutions.
• Build a product team aligned with the development strategy and business objectives.
• Communicate with clients about market needs, executives about strategy and investments, and engineers about architecture and technical trade-offs.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex B2B products or platforms.
• Strong product discovery and strategic thinking skills.
• Technical depth and the ability to work effectively with engineers.
• Experience creating product vision and long-term strategy.
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and launch new directions from scratch.
• Russian and English communication skills; English at B2+ level.

Nice to have

• Experience with communication platforms, CPaaS, messengers, Voice, or related markets.
