What you will do

• Map and prioritize automation opportunities by identifying where AI agents can eliminate manual work or unlock new capabilities.
• Design and build AI agents and automated workflows for content production, campaign operations, lead routing, and personalization.
• Own the full lifecycle of deployed agents, including ongoing monitoring, debugging, and performance iteration.
• Track and report on workflow automation metrics like time saved and throughput via dashboards for leadership.
• Continuously evaluate new AI models, agent frameworks, and automation platforms for adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing Tooling and AI Operations to ensure reliable integration with the existing tool stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation engineering, or a closely related role.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and campaign operations.
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n) and scripting in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, Claude Agent SDK, or OpenAI Assistants.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and working with marketing data structures (HubSpot, GA, Marketo).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
