What you will do

• Implement Proactive AI Agents from requirements understanding through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and customize the SaaS platform to meet specific customer needs and business processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to build and support proactive customer journeys using internal tools and APIs.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into automated, scalable AI solutions.
• Write and debug JavaScript code to support integrations and custom logic.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, debugging, and post-go-live support for implemented solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional services, software implementation, or technical support.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Sandy, UT office according to the hybrid model.
• Solid proficiency in SQL and JavaScript.
• Experience working with APIs for integration and data exchange in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client and internal collaboration.
