What you will do

• Triage asynchronous medical enquiries to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.
• Provide personalized medical advice to patients via email and phone at scale.
• Respond to medical incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Assist in the creation of medical knowledge centres to empower support teams.
• Engage proactively with patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Collaborate with prescribers, health coaches, and other internal medical teams.

Requirements

• Registered healthcare professional (Pharmacist or Nurse).
• 2+ years post-registration experience in any healthcare setting.
• Experience in primary care conditions and proficiency with digital clinical applications.
• Ability to make accurate clinical referral decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
