What you will do

• Lead daily clinic operations to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure full and ongoing CQC compliance and lead preparation for inspections.
• Monitor KPIs including patient satisfaction, service utilization, and financial performance.
• Manage clinic budgets and operational planning to support growth.
• Maintain exceptional patient experience standards aligned with the global brand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in private healthcare or clinic management.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and UK healthcare compliance.
• Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to Central London.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and operational outcomes.
• Commercially savvy with experience in budget and KPI management.

Nice to have

• Clinical background (radiography, nursing, physiotherapy) with professional registration.
• Experience launching or scaling new healthcare services.
• Familiarity with MRI or advanced diagnostic imaging environments.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
