What you will do
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from solution design to production deployment and support.
- Design and implement scalable big data solutions using Java to enhance platform infrastructure.
- Lead complex technical initiatives that directly impact core business operations.
- Mentor other developers and support them in solving complex technical challenges.
- Research and evaluate core technologies, external APIs, and third-party service integrations.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience with Java.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, streaming systems, and microservices.
- Production experience with big data technologies and SQL databases.
- Experience designing, developing, and scaling high-load systems.
- English: B1 or higher required
Nice to have
- Experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, or MapReduce.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with GitLab, Grafana, InfluxDB, Apache Airflow, Redis, or Scala.
