What you will do

• Take day-to-day product ownership of the mobile CI/CD experience to improve how developers build, test, and ship.
• Support the weekly mobile release management process for the App Store and Google Play.
• Run lightweight discovery with internal users to identify pain points and define hypotheses for developer experience improvements.
• Manage and prioritize the squad backlog and help shape the short to medium-term roadmap.
• Use data to quantify platform health and measure metrics such as build reliability, lead time, and incident reduction.
• Communicate priorities, progress, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders across Product, Data, Design, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Proactive mindset and genuine motivation to grow into a Platform Product Manager role.
• Ability to connect internal team needs to wider business strategy within an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills to make technical concepts accessible to different audiences, including senior leaders.
• Experience using data to quantify problems, benefits, and outcomes.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office for at least 60% of the time.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the iOS or Android ecosystem.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, developer tooling, or release processes.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
