Location: Hybrid role based in London, requiring candidates to live within a commutable distance of the London office and be comfortable with 2 days in the office per week.

Salary: £32,146 - £40,187

What you will do

• Support the development of a specific part of a product roadmap aligned with internal goals and objectives.
• Assist in discovery and market research to inform delivery and validate product changes with end users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze their business needs, identify pain points, and develop the product roadmap.
• Assist in the creation of detailed user stories, wireframes, and process diagrams to capture requirements clearly and concisely.
• Attend ceremonies using an Agile methodology to deliver value to users.
• Support the Product Lead to manage the full lifecycle of the Product including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Junior Product Owner or similar within a Product-led org.
• Familiarity with and experience of embedding best practices in agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven delivery experience of supporting end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Knowledge, interest, and passion for the environmental and/or sustainability space.
