What you will do

• Support development of the product roadmap aligned with internal goals and objectives.
• Run discovery and market research to inform delivery and validate product changes with end users.
• Analyze stakeholder business needs, identify pain points, and prioritize conflicting requirements.
• Create user stories and supporting documentation (wireframes, process diagrams) and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinate agile ceremonies and manage product delivery with engineers, QA analysts, designers, and data analysts.
• Support product adoption via communications, training sessions, documentation, and stakeholder support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a product-led organization.
• Experience embedding best practices in agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven end-to-end delivery experience: on-time delivery, within budget, and high-quality outcomes.
• Eligibility to work legally in the UK and ability to live within a commutable distance of the London office; comfortable with 2 days in the office per week. No sponsorship available.
